Nurul Sal Azfirrah Binte Azman

Born and raised in Singapore, Nurul Sal Azfirrah (b. 1996) is an aspiring young artist who practises printmaking and also other medium such as painting. She graduated with a Diploma in Fine Art from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. Majoring in Printmaking, Nurul has been under the mentor of an accomplished printmaker, Miguel Chew. Nurul is currently an pursuing in BA Fine Arts at Lasalle College of the Arts.
Nurul's works utilizes symbolisms, imagery and revolves around her everyday life. Her works are greatly inspired and usually circles around events happening in her life translated into prints. In recent months, she has been exploring materiality and delved into experimenting with kitchen items such as salt, vinegar and aluminium foil to mimic the idea of acid bath.
